The clip-a-strip plastic ribbon comes with the balloon and makes the ribbon process so simple. The ribbon colors coridinate with the mylar balloon. This JUMBO round mylar measures 32 inches. Clip-a-strip instructions:
1. Place the plastic tip on the snap through the small hole on the balloon tail.
2. Secure strip by folding over the flap and press firmly to lock into place.
