Bake cupcake batter in the liners.  Arrange Sugar Shapes on the tops of frosted cupcakes or add a dab of frosting to bottom of sugar shapes and add to desserts.  Sugars can stand up or lay flat. Shake Baby Shapes Candy Sprinkles as desired to add color and fun!  Use the Decorating Gels to add the final color touches.
