Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 20 to 25 minutes; drain and mash until smooth. Mix cream cheese with sour cream, yogurt, onion salt and pepper. Add to the potatoes and beat until smooth and fluffy. Place mixture in a 13x9x2-inch baking dish and refrigerate until ready to prepare.
