Garden Party Cupcakes Decorating Kit

Bake the cupcake batter in the liners.  Arrange the Flower Sugar Shapes and the Garden Tools Sugar Shapes on the tops of frosted cupcakes, as dsired, either standing up or laying flat.  Shake Sparkly Sugars over the tops to add sparkly color.
