Bake the cupcake batter in the liners.  Insert Red Hats pics onto the top of frosted cupcakes.  Shake on Sparkly Sugars to tops of cupcakes to add color and fun as desired.  The cake pics are made of plastic, approximately 3 inches high and are re-usable.
