Bake cupcake batter in liners.  Cool completely.  Frost cupcakes and shake Sparkly colored sugar crystals and Jimmies Candy Sprinkles as desired on tops of frosted cupcakes.  Use Decorating Gels to add the final color touches.  Sugar Shapes can stand up or be laid flat.
