Sparkling Sanding Sugars are excellent to use to fill in brightly colored pastel designs on cakes, cookies and cupcakes.  Sanding Sugars are fine sugar crystals that resembles glitter and adds a sparkle to desserts by simply shaking some on top.  Certified Kosher.
