• 24 Gold Foil Cupcake Liners plus paper inserts

Bake cupcake batter in the liners.  Cool completely and frost.  Shake Green Sparkly Sugar Crystals on top as desired for color.  Arrange St. Patricks designed Sugar Shapes on top of cupcakes.  The Sugar Shapes can stand up or lay flat.
