PRINT OUT THESE EASY DIRECTIONS:
Make & bake cupcakes using your favorite recipe or box mix. Cool cupcakes completely. Using the White Frosting in a Tube, put some onto cupcakes and use a spatula to make a thin smooth top. Using the Black Writing-Decorating Gel Tube, outline the mouth and outline and fill in the hair. Add two small mounds using the White Writing-Decorating Gel and position a Sugar Eye on each mound. Use the Black Writing-Decorating Gel and outline the upper and lower lips. Use the Red Writing-Decorating Gel to fill in the lower open mouth area. Attach the Round or the Star Tip (your choice -- try both to see which one you like... I preferred the star tip) to the White Frosting in a Tube and pull out the Fangs (teeth).
