What shipping methods do you offer?
ThePartyWorks.com ships via UPS to the lower 48 states. Orders being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Military APO / FPO addresses, and Canada will be shipped via the US Postal Service.
Post Office boxes can be used only for addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories. Does ThePartyWorks.com ship to Military APO and FPO Addresses?
We ship to all military addresses via US Priority Mail or US Express Mail.
Does ThePartyWorks.com ship internationally?
We do not ship outside the United States except to US Territories and Canada.
How long before my package is shipped?
Ground Delivery Packages - Orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday through Friday.
Second Day Deliveries and Overnight Deliveries - These orders are shipped immediately. Orders received by 1:00pm PST are shipped the same business day. Orders received after 1:00pm or on weekends are shipped the following business day. How long will it take for my package to arrive?For US Domestic (Continental 48 states) Ground Delivery, please allow 2 business days to process your order plus 4 to 8 business days for transit/delivery time. For US Domestic (Continental 48 states) 3 Day Select, your order will be shipped the same business day if your order is received before 1:00 PM PST, next business day if after 1:00 PM PST. Transit time is 3 business days. For US Domestic (Continental 48 states) 2nd Day Air, your order will be shipped the same business day if your order is received before 1:00 PM PST, next business day if after 1:00 PM PST. Transit time is 2 business days. For US Domestic (Continental 48 states) Next Day Air, your order will be shipped the same business day if your order is received before 1:00 PM PST, next business day if after 1:00 PM PST. Orders shipped on a Friday will not arrive until the next business day. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays / Sundays.
Important delivery information What happens if I specify an incorrect Party Date on my order?
ThePartyWorks.com does not take responsibility if an incorrect party date is given. If we cannot get the package delivered to you in time for the party date listed on the order form, we will hold the package until you can be reached for further instructions. We will NOT ship any package if it will not reach you in time for the party date listed on the order form.
Please include the date of your party so that we can ensure that the shipping option you have selected will get the party supplies to you in time. How do I track my package?
An email is sent to you the day your order ships with all shipping and tracking information.
If your package was shipped using UPS, the tracking number noted in your email can be tracked by visiting http://www.ups.com/WebTrackingTrack?loc=en_US or by calling their toll number 1-800-742-5877 You can also visit our order status page to track the status of your order. What if my package is lost, damaged or delivered late?Claims - If your package is lost or damaged, please file your claim directly with UPS. We cannot do this for you. If your package shipped by UPS, call them toll free at 1-800-742-5877 to request a claim form. The refund will be issued directly to you by UPS once the claim is processed and verified. If your package shipped by US Postal Service, contact your local Post Office location. Late Delivery for Two-Business Day and Next-Business Day Guaranteed Deliveries - If your package is delivered late, please let us know and we will file a Failed Delivery Date claim. Once we confirm actual delivery date as late, we will credit your charge card account with the difference between regular/ground shipping and the upgraded shipping cost.
