Accessories you'll need:
For Fins & Tail: Using color flow icing, outline 2 fins and a tail with tip 2. Flow in using a cut bag and thinned icing Let dry.
With toothpick, mark eye and mouth on cake (ice areas for easier marking). Outline eye and mouth with tip 6 strings. Pipe in eye (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch) and add dot pupil with tip 6. Add tip 6 bead heart tongue (flatten with finger dipped in cornstarch).
Cover cake with tip 21 stars. Write tip 2 name. Pipe tip 6 dot spots.
Just before serving time, gently push color flow fins and tail in cake. Push in candles.
