1 loaf angel food cake, cut into 8 slices
1 cup of strong coffee ( room temperature)
1 package (8 ozs.) or cream cheese or Neufchatel softened
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of chocolate syrup
1 container of frozen fat
free whipped topping thawed
Arrange cake slices to cover the bottom of a rectangular baking dish the 13x9 size. Drizzle the coffee over the cake.
Beat together cream cheese, sugar, and chocolate syrup with mixer on the medium setting.
Beat until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well blended. Spead over the cake.
Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Sprinkle with cocoa or shaved chocolate!
You can use low fat , no fat products for the a very lowfat dessert anyway you makeit, this stuff rocks!
