Tropical Fish Cupcakes Decorating Kit

• 24 Silver Foil Cupcake Liners with paper inserts

Bake the cupcake batter in the liners.  Arrange Tropical Fish Sugar Shapes on the top of frosted cupcakes.  The Fish can stand up or lay flat.  Shake Sea Candy Sprinkles on top as desired for color.  Us the Decorating Gels for the final touches.
