Enclosed is a picture of a Valentine's Day bouquet. Some of the cookies have Cake Mate cake decorations, while others have Conversation Heart candy and white chocolate designs using a candy mold from Wilton. Two I have made smaller sugar cookies and attached them in the center of the white hearts and decorated around them. All my designs are done with Royal icing. I use 8" and 11 3/4" lollipop sticks from Wilton and bake the cookies on the sticks.
