September Says...
I call this cake "A Day at the Beach." It's an idea I got from a picture off a mylar balloon design. At the Dollar Store, I saw colorful leis for sale, and lo and behold they fit perfectly around the cake, which is 10" in diameter, and almost 6" high. Makes for a beautiful border around the bottom, and adds a nice touch to the cake. Something for the recipient to keep, too.
