Do-Ahead Party Mashed Potatoes

10 potatoes, peeled and quartered 6 ounces cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup yogurt 2 teaspoons onion salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 tablespoons butter 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 20 to 25 minutes; drain and mash until smooth. Mix cream cheese with sour cream, yogurt, onion salt and pepper. Add to the potatoes and beat until smooth and fluffy. Place mixture in a 13x9x2-inch baking dish and refrigerate until ready to prepare.
