Your Favorite Royal Icing Recipe
Your Favorite Roll-Out Cookie Recipe or ready-made from the grocery store

Prepare cookie recipe, tint copper.
Roll out and cut cookies using gingerbread boy cutter from set.
Bake and cool following recipe directions.

Decorate the following in full-strength royal icing on a waxed paper-covered board.
Outline and pipe in decorating tip 4 shirt in white, cap and overalls in green, boots in red.
Add decorating tip 2 pull out nose and ears in copper.
Pipe decorating tip 2 string eyes and mouth in black.
Add decorating tip 3 swirl cap brim, zigzag boot trim and dot pompom in white.
Pipe decorating tip 2 stripes on shirt in red, pull-out hair in brown and dots on boots in white.
Add decoratingtip 3 scallop collar in red.

*Combine red-red and Christmas red for red shade shown.
