Mini Loaf Cakes

Use as place cards for any celebration!
Anyone can write out a place card for the party—but wouldn't an edible mini cake place card be much more special and fun?
You can create unforgettable holiday gift cards, centerpieces, cake toppers and more.
For rectangles, use a loaf pan or mini cake pan.
For circles, use muffin or cupcake pans.
Attach a molded candy for a great finishing touch.

Petite Loaf Pan

Very versatile pan! So many other uses.

Ingredients:
Your favorite cake recipe or box mix
Your favorite Buttercream Frosting recipe
Fill each mini loaf pan about 2/3rds full (so cake will come out with a flat top) and bake according to recipe or box mix instructions.
Remove from pans and cool completely.
Frost each loaf cake as desired, complete with writing.
Add sugar shapes or make your own cake decorations.
Each mini loaf serves 1
