Island Cookies
Roll out your favorite sugar cookie dough and using the tip of the knife cut island shapes and place on parchment paper and bake. Cool completely. To make umbrellas you can use the same dough and cut into umbrella shapes or use an umbrella cookie cutter. Use white icing to attach candy stick to umbrella.
The beach towel can be cut from the same dough or use a piece of graham cracker. The beach is iced then coverd with brown sugar except the water area and it is swirled icing.
