Spring
The butterflies are "in flight" with their wings raised. You achieve this by cutting the shapes out, then slice them down the middle of the body and bake the two halves separate. After the wings are iced and dry, you prop the wings together at an angle and glue them together with icing. The dragonflies shimmer with the luster dust I painted on with vodka.
