I made this cake for my 2-year old daughter's b-day on January 20th 2007...
it is a total of 4 cakes stacked and all covered in fondant.
Everything is edible. I even made the candy melts (strawberry, dog and cat)
and this was a challegne because her party was on the 20th and on that wed 17th,
I was asked to make a last minute wedding cake for a wedding that was on Fridaythe 19th...
not only that making it was stressfull, but this was the first time i had worked with fondant.
I colored it purple and had purple hands for days. I suggest placing the fondant in a
Ziplock type of bag, add coloring and then knead the fondant inside the bag so your
hands are not stained!!
