The ABC Photo Scavenger Hunt

The newest rage in having fun!
This is a wonderful idea for grown-ups
or a great fundraiser for any organization...

No need to bring back a fire hydrant when a digital photo is your proof.

Pick a date, send out invitations, provide beverages, perhaps a potluck, distribute the scavenger hunt list to each team, provide prizes and read our easy-to-follow rules and directions on how to play. The Alphabet Scavenger Hunt List is ready for you to print out.

Group guests in teams of two or three or four -- but be sure to coordinate ahead of time to ensure that one of the team members has a digital camera to bring. As each item is found, a team member takes of digital photo of the item "with" all the other team mates.

Select the location (your neighborhood works perfectly) and a time limit (usually one hour is sufficient).

When all the teams have returned, the hostess calls out the first letter, "A" and everyone displays their photos (on the camera) of the object they found beginning with the letter "A"... and after the party, ask for the disks to create your own party photo page of all the guests and their finds!

The winning team is the one who has the most photos, one for each alphabet letter.

Some Examples of items and the Alphabet:
B = barbecue
D = dog, diaper, deli sandwich wrapper
G = gym set, garage
F = flower
