A POTLUCK makes the most perfect food table and is less work whether it be a block party, organization or church event or a fundraiser.

This is a church event I hostessed but did not make it a potluck so to speak. I arranged volunteers to make a breakfast casserole using the same recipe, then asked them to add their own special touch (one added bacon, another added sausage, a third added brocolli and cheese, etc.) which made each casserole different.

Besides the main casserole dish, mini bagels, mini muffins, fresh fruit, bacon, sausage, orange juice, and pastries were on the buffet table for everyone to help themselves.
