- Practice with tips: 3, 12
With tip 12 pipe center shell shaped feather. Continue to pipe shell shaped feathers on both sides to for a "fan". With tip 12 and heavy pressure, start at base and pipe an inverted shell shaped body. Ease pressure as you move upward. Lift and bring back down to form head. Pipe tip 12 curved shell wing on body. Add tip 3 dot eyes, pull-out beak and wattle. Edge tail feathers with tip 3 zigzags.
