Button Candles

This Button Candle was used as a favor
at a Quilting Party...
Change the mini buttons (thimble, thread and safety pin)
and color of the netting and ribbon to match the occasion,
such as a bridal shower, baby shower,
Christmas, Valentines Day or any occasion!

This is the Button Candle before it is wrapped in netting. Various sized buttons were attached to the candle, then coated with a glitter glue... oh so beautiful in person.

Simple Directions:
Using white glue, put one row of buttons around the bottom part of the candle and allow to dry. Add second row of buttons above the first row and allow to dry. Using a hot glue gun, add some buttons randomly on top of the two rows for a three-dimensional effect. Coat lightly with glitter paint, using a paint brush. Allow to dry before wrapping in netting.
